New friends and cute furry polar bears

Yesterday we were at sightseeing cruise around Manhattan. It took about 3 hours but it was really worth it. The tour guide was an old man, who really enjoyed his job - he seemed to know almost everything worth knowing about New York's history.
After the cruise, we went to a bar with Mikko and we met Jesse and Paola. Jesse and Paola were cool, and they invited us to Brooklyn on Saturday.
Today me and Anssi went to Central park zoo. There was a birdhouse where the birds were flying free at the birdhouse. That was astonishing and at the same time a bit scary. You had to be sure that you wouldn't stop under a tree, the birds pooped quite a lot :) We also saw other unique animals, for example red panda, polar bears and sealions. We saw a polar bear poop :D The male polar bear was bigger than I thought it would be. Did you know, that a male polar bear consumes about 25000 kcal per day (over ten times more than average human!) and a female polar bear consumes about 10000 kcal. The sealions were funny. Every once in a while the male sealion rose suddenly to a rock or to a hedge and started to honk or roar.
This evening we visited the Rockefeller Center's observation deck after the sunset. I think Anssi posts some pictures :)
By the way, we ate today sushi.
